HUMAN RESOURCES

The Human Resources unit administers the company policies as it concerns recruitment, training, staff welfare, compensation & benefits & labor relations in a transparent manner that will comply with all applicable laws and governmental regulations including provisions relating to race, color, sex, sexual orientation, religion, national origin, age and disability status.  In addition, HR regulates the company’s policy with respect to the confidentiality of personal information collected from employees, contractors, applicants, customers and other third parties with whom the company transacts business. 

The Human Resources department of MRS Oil Nigeria Plc also oversees the following strategic function;

  • Ensuring that the recruitment process of the company is objective enough to attract and retain high-caliber personnel.
  • Salaries are administered in a manner that will maintain a competitive position sufficient to provide incentive and to reward high-level performance.

Employee Learning and Development

MRS Oil Nigeria Plc’s Learning and Development system is committed to supporting the Company’s vision of empowering its employees to achieve the goal of “training its employees to be the best professionals”.
