MRS. Priscilla Ogwemoh – Non - Executive Director

Mrs. Priscilla Ogwemoh is a highly accomplished lawyer with a stellar track record. She graduated from Lagos State University, was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1991, and later earned her Master of Laws. She's a distinguished fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Chartered Arbitrators, a CEDR-UK Accredited Mediator, and serves on the panel of Neutrals for the Lagos Court of Arbitration (LCA). As a Council Member of the Nigerian Bar Association-Section on Business Law (NBA-SBL) and Chairperson of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (Nigeria) Maritime Committee, Mrs. Ogwemoh brings expertise and leadership to the table.

With over 26 years of post-call experience, she successfully manages law firms with three branches across Nigeria, serves on corporate boards, and drives business growth through exceptional legal, branding, marketing, and management skills. Her achievements have cemented the firm's position as one of Nigeria's top 5 law firms.

She was appointed on the Board of the Company on February 28, 2019.
